We sweat all of the details to ensure you don't have to, because you're on a tropical beach vacation. We try to provide all the major amenities you expect in a vacation rental,
as well as some of the ones you don't. And our goal is to provide an incredible escape from your daily life that's still a strong value.
And we are now fully solar powered, so no more power outages while in paradise!

Rates
Our vacation rental rates are based on four-person occupancy,
we charge an additional $25 per night, per additional guest after that.
We also charge a 12.5% USVI tax and a $225 per stay deep cleaning fee.
We have a minimum 5-night booking and
offer 10% off for bookings of 28 days or longer.
